So you have a stack of bills you’ve been meaning to go through for the past couple of months, fees, statements, and heaven forbid, collection notices. Now is as good as time as any to start staring down your Benjamins, getting them in line and putting them to work! With your army of supercharged Bionic Benjamins you’re gonna buy that first home, save for retirement and then some! Hold on a minute, Before you start putting Old Ben to the test, you probably could use a good one over yourself! Introducing our first HOW-TO series: The Preliminary steps to becoming a Millionster

Basic Training:

1. Know Your Enemy - You’re about to go war on your anarchy of finances because you know that a better future begins with getting your bills in good order. As in any battle, you must know your enemey. In matters of personal money managing, you are your own cause of financial downfall, and you’ve known this. Now it’s time to find out how and why!

2. Rules of Engagement - A succesful skirmish is based off a set of principles, and here we will lay the foundation to develop a set of tried and true ideas to help you make the best choice for your financial well-being. Once you know who your enemy (you) and how he/she functions, you can then develop a strategy to stay one step ahead of the game.

3. The Glory of Goals - Imagine walking down a tunnel for what seems like hours, without any sign of a light or an end. This is what its like to act without clear goals in mind. Goals put your destination on the map, –otherwise how else do you know where youre going? Though you’ve most likely heard something like this before, we’ll take a look at this classic piece of wisdom, and add a modern twist.

Once we’ve completed Basic Training we’ll take a look at more advanced topics!
