The only problem with making your own lunch is that it takes a whole 5 minutes to make a sandwich! Not very efficient use of time there is it?
No, no, a person like me needs to be able to make lunch in less than a minute. And if you’re anything like the rest of America the reason why you go out and spend $8.00 a meal at lunch is so you can save yourself 5 minutes of not having to make a lunch. Silly Americans!
Ask yourself this next time…
Would you pay a gardener $8 for mowing your lawn for 5 minutes?
Would you pay $8 for a haircut that took 5 minutes?
Would you pay $8 for 5 minutes worth of gas?
Really, would you pay someone $8 to do anything for 5 minutes? (And if they did it for an hour thats a lovely $96 dollars an hour)
Probably not.

Would you pay someone $8 to rub your back for 5 minutes?
I used to think one of my fraternity bros was hard as nails — he could eat a bologna sandwich on white bread, and not think twice about whether there was no mayo on it or not. lol. For a week! Yeah you had to have come from a really hard life to be able to do that IMO. But wait til you try my diet for a month. haha.
Convenience Whores Shop at Costco!
So if you are a convenience whore, the only real solution to this siphoning of your lunch money is to find cheap ways to make healthy meals quickly. This is where Costco comes in.
Yes, now before you go and give me a lecture on all the disvirtues of buying in bulk or your two cents on cost comparison let me explain.
You see the fun thing about Costco is, it’s one of the only places I know where you can by whole foods (Non-processed, fresh) en masse; if you are a single male looking to gain muscle weight and lose fat this is great! If you’re anyone else, then it depends on whether you have kids, or a spouse/partner or not. I’m pretty sure you’d have a hard time convincing your kids to eat the SAME THING EVERYDAY at the SAME TIME EVERYDAY. Your partner? Well that just makes it easier because you have someone to reinforce your goals if you both do it.

[…] Three things that really impress me about Millionster are: 1. The authors’ sheer energy and enthusiasm. They aren’t afraid to self-promote, but they do it respectfully. Also, they come up with new ways of organizing and presenting their articles such as economic experiments and themes 2. Their graphics skills are AMAZING! Oh, and they tricked me with their Creditol ad. I had an off-day and didn’t read too closely. I thought Creditol was a real drug! 3. Their ability to bring seemingly off-topic articles back to personal finance such as Losing Weight and Gaining Control. […]
