Hi. I have a court judgment against me for $3+K. It will fall off my credit report in a couple of months. I assume I will have to pay it at some point to get the judgment dismissed, but will it affect my credit after it falls off? TIA.

I have a collection that has been paid off for three years and one that has been paid off for 2 years. I recently got a credit report and they were showing as past due!!! I requested letters to dispute this with the credit agency. I’m just wondering if this will increase my score?? And by how much??

I have a lot of old collections and I am wondering under what circumstances it is more favorable not to pay them off? Currently, my score is 526 and my husbands is 566. We are trying to buy our first home and we are desperately trying to raise our score before the house we love gets sold!!! Please help!!!!

I like the ease of finding simular domain names however it happen to me also did keyword research wrote an article and my domain that would of given a good ranking was bought up and i believe is available for$20

my ? is thier a another free service like domize that u know i like to use multiple keyword domain names so i can rank higher for my top two keywords that i type in my article

ps maybe we could e mail the company and have them run anti virus /malware two days later $20 bucks for a small niche domain name it’s a booming biz of reselling domain names as this happened twice to me

pss i use name cheap however i get tired of retyping 5-10 different seaches
great point you made guru’s sucking the life out of the little guy

omg , this is serious fraud …. i think the system must be exploited [so that it starts registering domains on it own]…. useless domains that is ….. since its automated ….. damn , i left hacking long time back …. otherwise i would have screwed the webmaster of this site domize

Hi, can anyone who is in the know can you get rid of credit searches on your credit file. If so how soon can this be done, or is their a legal time limit. Also is it realy possible to obtain top perfect credit such as 1000 or do you realy have to be a millionair to be that high in credit score.

For the most part I agree, except for the cell phone part, having a basic cell phone with a basic plan could save money and be a needed resource. One you can get rid of your land line, and two any job you apply for is going to want a way to contact you. But your right about the gym shoes part, many people like this have 100 gym shoes and not dress shoes to wear to a interview, i have seen people go to interviews wearing their “club” cloths.

I read in another article the following…”Ask a trusted friend or family member to add you to one of their old cards as an authorized user, maybe one that hasn’t been used in awhile. The older your credit history, the better. If your mother agrees to put you as an authorized user on a card that she; had for 20 years, you could see your score increase dramatically. And with the authorized user plan, you don’t even have to have the card in your possession if “Mom” feels better about this plan. (You’ll have to work things out with her on this)” but I have a question about this:
my mom has several cards that she is willing to add me to, but last year she went through a hard time financially and she has a great record of payment before last year than it went down and she is up to date now…will that affect me if she adds me???????

Hey Great Article by the way thanks alot.. I have a question i am a student and i kind a messed up my credit..but however i paid all my credit cards 3 of them..all of them are canceled and no longer accessible to me..i just checked my score which is 505 i know its sucks but its better than anything right now. After long the my credit score will boost up? once again i have no credit cards,not in any kind of debts or collections!!! please email me ASAP!!!
