If you’ve read my recent article about the cheap ways to live longer, I suggested that replacing the coffee in your diet with tea was a cheaper and healthier alternative. Well why not get everyone else you love in on the whole tea thing? — and in particular your mother with tea buds that bloom right before your eyes.

By the way I (usually) dress you wouldn’t be able to tell that I work in a stock brokerage firm, but my devoted readers won’t be surprised as they already know that I am a whore of convenience. I’ll often wear the same pair of trusty-dusty-blue-and-musty blue jeans throughout the work week and alternate between a set of 10 or so trendy t-shirts. I rock the funky fly former gym sneaks from the discount store, and I always have on matching socks. — In my world, casual Friday lasts as long as I have a clean t-shirt to wear. Head to toe in the comforts of 20-something fashion my co-workers call me Mr. California Casual and Life is oh so good.

But can you create a site that interests people, makes money or generates buzz? Try your hand at some of my techniques.

Just a quick reminder that Millionster.com will be hosting next week’s edition of the Festival of Frugality on Tuesday May 15th! I’m going to try and coordinate this carnival with a special surprise, — no promises — but we’ll see how that goes.

Editor’s Choice theme for the Festival of Frugality is going to be in tribute to our wonderful mothers. Yes I know that mother’s day is the 13th, but so what! hehe. Of course all FoF submissions will be considered for inclusion!

Anyway, I’m looking forward to your submission!

Oh and Melanie, I’m personally inviting you to participate in this one especially since you’re such a great mother.

Upon pressing your thirst lusting lips against the rim of a bulging bottle of water I bet you don’t stop to think that the water that is caressing your insides is three times more expensive than the liquid gold that fills your gas tank. If that’s not enough to get you to think twice about bottled water then take a look at this:

Anyone that cares about money knows that renting is a sin and landlords are the epitome of evil (unless of course you’re the landlord); but renting from a super-mega apartment community corporation is a double edged dagger of hedonistic pleasure and unbearable financial pain, especially when you have my view of the city.

Well, my lease is nearly ending and these bimbos have the nerve to try and up my rent about $400! The following is my attempt to convince them to lower my rent or at least keep it the same.
